Items missing after site creation

Hi,

Firstly great tool and extension.
I am using VS 2017 ver 15.8.8

I tried to create a site exactly as shown in the video but for some reason it only creates the home controller with minimal content in the home page. I also tried a few of the other templates and get the same thing.

Any idea what is wrong?
